In my family there is a history of stroke. I have also been close to others who have suffered from stroke or heart disease. Caring for loved ones and my involvement in the field of natural healthcare prompted me to start searching for preventative measures that could be used to reduce the risk factors or chance of stroke or heart attack.

Learning about Vitamin C

In searching, I found that whole food vitamin C (which includes bioflavonoids) is an important agent in supporting the healing of damage to arteries.
